A: We currently hold CQC Quality Management Certification, and ISO 17034 accreditation is in progress. Our laboratory operations consistently adhere to ISO 17034 standards.  

Q: Can Sinco's custom services deliver on time?

A: The majority of our laboratory's custom service projects are delivered on schedule. However, due to inherent uncertainties in organic synthesis, preparation, and analysis, the estimated delivery timelines we provide are based on our best professional judgment.  

Q: What analytical spectra can Sinco provide?

A: Sinco offers a comprehensive range of analytical spectra, including HPLC, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, qNMR, TGA, water content/solvent residue analysis, IR, and UV. Additionally, we provide spectrum interpretation services upon request. Our analytical reports comply with pharmaceutical regulatory submission requirements.

Q: How stable are Sinco's products?

A: Our products are stored in specialized refrigerators at -80°C, -20°C, or 2-8°C, depending on compound stability. Shipping methods (cold chain, frozen, dry ice, or ambient) are tailored to material properties. Unopened products maintain reliable stability under proper storage conditions. However, immediate use after opening is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure or improper storage.
